These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Virasmart online store at shop.virasmart.eu.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to both consumers and business customers unless otherwise stated.
2. Products and Prices
Product descriptions, specifications and prices are displayed on the relevant product pages.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR).
Applicable taxes, including VAT, are displayed according to the customer's location and applicable tax rules. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately before the order is confirmed.
Virasmart SIA reserves the right to update product prices and information. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
If a product price or other information has been displayed incorrectly due to an obvious technical or human error, Virasmart SIA may contact the customer before fulfilling the order to correct the error or cancel the affected item and refund any amount already paid for it.
3. Placing an Order
To place an order, the customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart and proceeds to checkout.
During checkout, the customer provides the information required to process the order, selects an available delivery method and chooses an available payment method.
Before completing the purchase, the customer can review the order details, total price and applicable delivery charges.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
The order is considered received after it has been successfully submitted through the online store.
An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.
If Virasmart SIA is unable to fulfil an order, for example because a product is unavailable, we will contact the customer and refund the relevant payment where applicable.
4. Payment Methods
The payment methods available to the customer are displayed during checkout and may depend on the customer's country, currency and order.
Payments may include:
- online bank payments;
- Visa and Mastercard;
- Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available;
- other payment methods offered through the payment service provider.
Payments made through the online store are mediated by Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce).
The customer makes the payment through the secure environment of the selected bank or payment service provider.
Virasmart SIA does not receive or store the customer's online banking credentials or complete payment card details.
The order will normally be processed after successful payment confirmation.
For business customers, payment by invoice or other payment terms may be available where separately agreed with Virasmart SIA.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the countries and destinations available during checkout.
Depending on the destination and characteristics of the products, delivery may be provided by:
- Omniva;
- Venipak;
- DPD;
- SmartPosti;
- other courier or freight service providers.
The available delivery methods and applicable delivery charges are displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times depending on product availability:
- Products in stock at Virasmart SIA: generally 1–3 business days.
- Products in the supplier's stock: generally 5–14 business days.
- Products ordered from suppliers or made-to-order products: generally 2–6 weeks.
If the delivery time of a particular product differs from the usual delivery time stated above, this information will, where possible, be shown on the product page or communicated to the customer after the order has been received and before the order is finally fulfilled.
The delivery time generally starts from confirmation of the order and payment. Virasmart SIA will inform the customer at the earliest opportunity if, after the order has been placed, it becomes apparent that the product cannot be delivered within the estimated delivery time.
Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed in writing.
Virasmart SIA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including delays caused by carriers, suppliers, customs procedures or force majeure.
The customer must provide accurate delivery information. Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Products ordered from suppliers and made-to-order products
Products ordered from suppliers and made-to-order products are ordered from the manufacturer or from a supplier of Virasmart SIA on the basis of the customer's order. Where necessary, the product configuration, technical parameters, finish, quantity and estimated delivery time are confirmed with the customer before the order is fulfilled.
After the order and, where necessary, the technical details have been confirmed, Virasmart SIA arranges for the product to be ordered from the manufacturer or supplier and for its delivery to the customer.
Dispatch of the goods or their handover to the customer is arranged by Virasmart SIA or by a transport or logistics partner used by Virasmart SIA. In some cases, the goods may be shipped to the customer directly from the manufacturer's or supplier's warehouse on the instructions of Virasmart SIA.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers
A consumer purchasing goods through the online store generally has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day the consumer or a person designated by the consumer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Virasmart SIA within the applicable withdrawal period by sending a clear statement to:
Virasmart SIA must be notified in advance of the wish to return goods by email at info@virasmart.lv.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided to the customer after the return request has been registered.
Goods must not be returned to the manufacturer or to a supplier of Virasmart SIA without prior agreement.
The customer must return the goods without undue delay and in accordance with the return instructions provided by Virasmart SIA.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Virasmart SIA, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
The customer may inspect the product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. The customer may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
Refunds are made in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and normally using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply in circumstances provided by law, including, where applicable:
- goods made or modified according to the customer's specifications;
- clearly personalized goods;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- digital content or services where performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent and acknowledgment, where applicable.
The applicability of an exception depends on the nature of the particular product or service and applicable law.
The return of products made to order or configured according to the customer's individual requirements is subject to the conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions and applicable legislation.
A standard product that Virasmart SIA orders from the manufacturer or supplier in order to fulfil the customer's order is not, for that reason alone, a made-to-order or personalized product, and the standard right of withdrawal applies to it.
Business Customers
The statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by companies or other legal entities unless otherwise agreed in writing with Virasmart SIA.
Returns of products purchased by business customers are subject to prior agreement with Virasmart SIA.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect delivered products as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.
If a product is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrect or does not correspond to the order, the customer should contact Virasmart SIA at:
Please include the order number, a description of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs showing the defect or damage.
Consumer claims relating to defective goods are handled in accordance with applicable Latvian and European Union consumer protection legislation.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits statutory consumer rights.
Commercial or manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are additional to statutory consumer rights and do not replace them.
8. Product Compatibility and Installation
Certain products sold by Virasmart SIA are professional electrical, KNX, DALI, HVAC or building automation components that may require technical knowledge, configuration or professional installation.
The customer is responsible for checking product suitability and compatibility with the intended system before purchase.
Where professional installation is required by applicable regulations or manufacturer instructions, the product must be installed and commissioned by a suitably qualified person.

9. Services
Virasmart SIA may also offer engineering, consultation, design support, programming, commissioning, training and other professional services through the online store.
The scope, deliverables and conditions of a service are described on the relevant service page or in a separate quotation or agreement.
Where a consumer requests that provision of a service begins during the statutory withdrawal period, additional rules concerning withdrawal and payment for services already performed may apply in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Project-specific engineering, integration and construction services may be subject to separate contractual terms agreed between Virasmart SIA and the customer.
10. Personal Data
Virasmart SIA processes personal data for order fulfilment, payment processing, delivery, customer service and compliance with legal obligations.
Personal data necessary for processing payments may be transferred to Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce).
Personal data necessary for delivery may be transferred to the selected delivery service provider.

11. Liability
Virasmart SIA is responsible for fulfilling its obligations in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
Virasmart SIA is not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
For business customers, any additional limitations of liability may be agreed separately in a quotation, contract or other written agreement.
12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We will attempt to resolve the matter directly with the customer.
Consumer disputes are handled in accordance with applicable Latvian and European Union consumer protection legislation.
Consumers may also contact the competent Latvian consumer protection authority, Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs (PTAC), where applicable.
Mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer's country of residence within the European Union remain unaffected where required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive the customer of mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the customer's country of residence.
Disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement will be resolved by the competent authorities or courts in accordance with applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
Virasmart SIA may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary due to changes in legislation, payment or delivery methods, products, services or operation of the online store.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to an order are those in force at the time the order is placed.
