Virasmart SIA provides delivery of selected products within the Baltic region (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania) and across the European Union.

Shipping options depend on the product type, size, and delivery location.

2. Shipping Methods

We use reliable delivery partners across the Baltic region:

  • Omniva – parcel lockers and courier delivery

  • Venipak – courier delivery to door

Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

For custom, engineered, or made-to-order products, processing time is agreed individually with the customer.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania: 1–3 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and logistics conditions.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

For larger or special shipments, delivery costs will be provided separately.

6. Large and Custom Equipment

Products such as thermal systems, HeatMill units, and other engineered solutions are not shipped via standard courier services.

Delivery for such products is arranged individually and may include:

  • Freight transport

  • Direct delivery to site

  • Coordinated logistics

Customers will receive a separate delivery quotation.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct.

Virasmart SIA is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours after delivery

  • Provide photos (if applicable)

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide a suitable solution.
