What products does Virasmart offer?

Virasmart supplies professional equipment for KNX, DALI, lighting control, HVAC integration, energy management, access control and smart building systems. Our catalogue also includes LED drivers, power supplies, electrical equipment, tablet wall mounts and Shelly devices.

How can I choose the right device?

You can send us your project drawings, device list or a short description of the required functions. We will help you select compatible equipment and identify any additional components required for the system.

Can KNX devices from different manufacturers be used together?

Yes. KNX is an open international standard, and certified KNX products from different manufacturers can normally operate within the same system. However, available functions and configuration options may differ, so compatibility should be checked at the design stage.

Can KNX and DALI be used together?

Yes. KNX and DALI are commonly combined in professional lighting-control systems. A KNX-DALI gateway connects the two systems and allows lighting groups, scenes, dimming and status information to be controlled through KNX.

Do I need ETS software to use KNX equipment?

ETS is required to configure and commission a KNX system. Building owners do not normally need to purchase ETS when the programming is carried out by a professional KNX integrator.

Are the devices supplied already programmed?

Unless explicitly stated in the product description or quotation, devices are supplied with their standard factory configuration. KNX, DALI, Shelly and other system programming can be ordered as a separate service.

Can I order products that are not listed in the online store?

Yes. Our online catalogue does not represent the complete product range available from our suppliers. Contact us with the manufacturer name, product reference or project specification, and we will check availability and pricing.

How can I request a quotation for a complete project?

Send us your drawings, bill of materials or a description of the required systems. We can prepare a combined proposal covering equipment, engineering, programming, commissioning and technical support.
